A Day in the Country
Granny 'Laine picked up the girls yesterday and took them out to Little House so that they could visit with their cousins for a few hours. While she did that, I got quite a few of my errands and chores done so that I could relax on Sunday. Well, Sunday rolled around and I now am sneezing my head off and my nose is running and I am thinking its got to be allergies which are now on top of the cough I have that I can't seem to shake. Looks like Shelly will be heading to the doctors soon. But I digress........The kids had a really great time out at Little House. They played in the hay barn and from what I understand from Jessica, they pestered the radio station to play their song requests....... ....Which led to this. .....and this. Which by the way, is dancing in case you couldn't figure it out. Take a couple of city kids and throw in some country and this is what you get! I guess if you really use your imagination, you might call this a hay ride. And this???
